Hot Springs Earth Day
What could be better than finding treasure at a great garage sale and knowing that you are
donating to an important free educational day for our community? Well how about clearing
out your old stuff and doing a great thing for our kids, community and environment!
This new event is inviting you to hold a garage sale on May 3, 2008 and donate 25, 50, or 100%
of the proceeds to helping to fund the Hot Springs Earth Day on Sunday, May 18 at the Hot
Springs Convention Center.
The Treasure Map will be published in the Sentinel Record
ensuring that you have a great sale.
Whether you are buying or selling on May 3rd you will be reusing items, reducing landfill,
and helping to provide free education on energy saving and efficiency, recycling, pollution
control and a wide range of environmental subjects for our community.
