We are actively seeking sponsors who will not only showcase their environmental consciousness,
but are willing to share in their motivation to make this blue planet a better place for all. If this

An exciting feature of Earth Day will be our Treasure Hunt, as presented by the
Pirates of the Recycling Bin
This new event is inviting you to hold a garage sale on May 3, 2008 and donate a portion of the
proceeds to fund the Hot Springs Earth Day on Sunday, May 18. In return for your generosity, a
Treasure Map will be published in the Sentinel Record ensuring that you have a great sale.
Whether you are buying or selling on May 3rd, you will be reusing items, reducing landfill, and
helping to provide free education on energy saving and efficiency, recycling, and pollution control
and a wide range of environmental subjects for our community. The deadline to register for this
exciting event is April 22, 2008.
