Friends of the Beautification Commission (FoBC) is a registered 501 (c) (3) charitable organization whose
purpose is to raise funds for the Beautification Commission in order to fulfill its mission of empowering an
enhanced environment. By becoming a member you enable us to promote public interest in the improvement,
sustainability and beautification of the environment of Garland County and Hot Springs Arkansas. You make it
possible for us to provide educational programs in schools, deliver presentations to public and civic
organizations, and implement multiple community projects.
Remember, every penny that goes to the Commission is returned to the City of Hot Springs and Garland
County with a substantial return of goods and services on your investment. Last year, according to Keep
America Beautiful, that return was a whopping 671% . You'd have a hard time getting a better deal anywhere
else!
There are several ways that you can help. You can be a Member of the Friends, you can get a credit card
where every purchase you make helps to support the Commission, you can make a tax-deductible donation, or
