What to Look For:
1.  Unchecked soil erosion denoted by muddy water adjacent, but not within the construction site.











2.  Muddy water in a drainage ditch or storm drain area. You may need to track this back       
upstream to the source.












3.  
Significant Muddy water flowing down a hill side adjacent, but not within the construction    
site.












4.  
Significant oil sheen on water adjacent, but not within the construction site.
















5.  
Significant mud/dirt tracks at County Road access points to and from the construction site.  












What you should do:
One and Only Thing: Call Hot Springs/Garland County Beautification Commission at
(501) 623-7871 and give them an address (where possible) and/or landmarks to make
identification possible and give a brief account of the problem observed.  Or, to submit your

Enter the construction site – Talk to site personnel – take photographs on site
